What a great house you have build in this wonderful forest. It is really good equipped and has all the luxury you wont. We only found the pool’s beds and chairs not that confortable. We can recommend the Italian modern cousine........go there on Thursday, they have live music and lots of Italians go out and have a great time. We come back to this place! Thank you for the wine and cake.

This House is trully amazing! It’s a real recommendation. We have stayed in a few houses before in Tuscany and Umbria and this is really our favourite. The surroundings with Umbertide and Montone around the corner, are one of the finest in Italy. The house, old stile farmer house, has all the luxury we needed. Four bedrooms, a cosily living and sweet patio and terrific pool. What can J say more. We had one of the best holidays ever.

Dear friends, We have a great time staying hear. The house is amazing as well as the view. We strongly recommend going to Cortona, Montone and Città di Castello (15 min. from Umbertide). The restaurant recommended we got from lunch were great. We wish you lots of luck with the house and we will sure send our friends to come back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The villa is incredible and beautifully. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! Such and graceful and beautiful location. We are already planning coming back next year! All of the things touches from the fruit and cake left for us, to the beach towels, were much appreciated. See you next year!

Thank you for a fabulous week, peaceful, relaxing, warm and sunny. We played in the pool every day and had two lovely bar-b-qs using the best outside kitchen we have ever seen. Our favourite trips were Gubbio and Assisi (very quiet and spiritual)… the last time we went we have up trying to park! Lake Trasimeno also made an idyllic day out, taking the boat across the lake with lunch on the island. The house is very thoughtfully equipped, we especially loved the pool speakers!

Dear Matteo, We really had a very relaxed a pleasant stay in your house. The area is beautiful. The view especially early in the morning and late in the afternoon are spectacular! What a lovely house! We are enjoyed the sun, the scenery and the pool. The outside speakers have been a big hit-especially with the teenagers and they are mastered the barbecue and pizza oven We’ve had a great holiday!
